Along with a tonne of other improvements, Tesla’s most recent software update, v.2024.20, includes two fantastic new features.
Tesla is honing its big Spring software update, which is jam-packed with features, and released it internally over the weekend.
The most recent release notes did, however, go over two significant enhancements with the update. Headlights are one way that one of them addresses safety, while the other is a straightforward entertainment solution that actually enhances a recent gaming update for the Model S and Model X.
Adaptive Matrix Headlights
Adaptive headlights will significantly enhance vehicles using the Matrix design in Europe. Not a Tesla App claims that Tesla’s new Adaptive Headlight function will increase visibility and make driving safer by helping the car anticipate curves in the road.
Earlier this year, Tesla was able to include a special feature into the Matrix Headlights, which was a significant improvement.
This function reduced the brightness of only some of the LED bulbs in the headlight, maintaining maximum visibility and essentially removing the chance of blinding someone in an approaching car.
Although there are still regulatory obstacles in the US, these capabilities may soon be available in cars in Canada and the US.
Beach Buggy Racing Gets Supercharger-Specific Leaderboards
While it’s undoubtedly not as significant as other amenities, Tesla is attempting to enhance the reputation of its arcade following the phase-out of Steam from its vehicles.
Owners of Tesla Model S and Model X automobiles can now enjoy top-notch gaming in their cars thanks to Steam.
The Tesla Arcade is still accessible, and the manufacturer is making every effort to ensure that players have a pleasant and varied gaming experience.
For individuals who wish to kill time while charging, it will now have leaderboards at each individual Supercharger location in an effort to foster a positive and entertaining competitive environment.
