A new bike based on the Himalayan 450 is about to be unveiled in India by Royal Enfield Guerrilla. Testing has been going on for a while now, and during that time, there have been several reports of seeing the bike. The corporation prioritised long-distance capabilities when designing this new model. The much-awaited bike will be on sale in India at the end of the following month. It will have a strong engine and a number of potential features that are expected to be implemented.

Sources expained that the engine of this new model will be its most notable feature. A 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder DOHC engine with 40.02 PS and 40Nm of torque is rumoured to power the new Guerrilla 450. A 6-speed gearbox will be mated to this engine. Given the bike’s anticipated high power output, its ex-showroom pricing may reach approximately Rs 2.50 lakh.
Many new elements for rider comfort, like ride mode, Bluetooth connectivity and GPS, and a side-mounted exhaust, may be included in the new Guerrilla 450. It will also come equipped with a ride-by-wire throttle and TFT instrument cluster for improved functionality. The bike will have two disc brakes and a dual anti-lock braking system installed for safety. Telescopic forks and a monoshock unit at the back will further improve the riding experience. This new model is positioned to compete with the KTM 390 Duke and increase the company’s market share in the 500cc bike market.
