The latest crossover, the Urban Cruiser Taisor, was recently introduced by the Japanese automaker Toyota Kirloskar Motor India. This model is, as everyone knows, based on the Maruti Suzuki Fronx. The company has unveiled a new TVC to highlight its most distinctive service in India. The active lifestyle that the Taisor is intended for is highlighted in this TVC.
Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor TVC
Toyota India is the source of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor’s TV commercial. A few external views of the Taisor are shown at the beginning. The first leg of a triathlon is then shown, with the competitor jumping into the ocean.
The video during this displays the Taisor’s interior. It draws attention to the head-up display that comes with the particular model. Next, a fast-moving Taisor is shown in the video to highlight this crossover’s athletic appeal.
In this clip, a bicycle-riding athlete and the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor are compared. The video showcases the paddle shifters that come with the Taisor automated gearbox option while the rider shifts gears on his bicycle.
It displays the Taisor’s 16-inch alloy wheels with 10 spokes and a diamond cut finish. The SUV’s wireless charger is then also displayed on the TVC. Overall, this TVC shows how important the Taisor may be to a young person’s active lifestyle.
Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor
Based on the Fronx crossover is Taisor. But the manufacturer has given this model a minor external makeover to set it apart from its Maruti equivalent. It has a honeycomb-patterned grille and a brushed silver Toyota logo up front. It also has LED DRLs that appear distinctive.
Moving on to the back, the Taisor’s rear end is identical to that of the Fronx. The Toyota and Urban Cruiser Taisor insignia are the only distinguishing features. It also comes with a washer, defogger, and rear wiper.
The Taisor’s interior is identical to that of the Fronx. The infotainment system is a 9-inch Smartplay floating touchscreen. It has Apple Carplay and Android Auto and has the same UI as the Maruti Fronx.
In addition to these capabilities, the Taisor has a head-up display, an automated climate control system, a wireless charger, and a 360-degree camera.
The engine options for the Fronx are also available for the Urban Cruiser Taisor. A 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine is the first. This motor produces torque of 113 Nm and power of 90 PS. Both a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed automatic are available for this engine.
Furthermore, the manufacturer provides a 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine. This engine produces torque of 147 Nm and power of 100 PS. It comes with a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission as available transmission options. Starting at Rs 7.73 lakh and going up to Rs 13.03 lakh, the Taisor is priced.
