How do you differentiate yourself from your competition?
I studied a lot and put together different opinions, skills, theories and techniques. This way,
my courses are the most complete and contain everything it is needed in order to start an
online business like mine. My students know they can text me and receive constant
support at any time; not many trainers do this. I offer my students not only a theoretical
course, but a real community to feel part of, in which to find motivation and inspiration.
Have you ever turned down a client? If so, why did you do it?
I carefully select the people who can make one-to-one consultations with me; therefore,
my team has to decline on a daily basis many requests from people who do not yet have
enough experience to be able to compare themselves in consultancy with me. Time is
precious, better to use it in the best way possible and not waste it.
