The first look poster for Odela 2 was released by the film’s makers on the auspicious day of Maha Shivaratri. Tamannaah, who is slated to play Shiva Shakthi in the movie, was shown on the poster. Tamannaah is seen embracing her spiritual side by dressing like a Naga Sadhu, having thick hair, and carrying damarus and other religious artefacts. A smear of chandan covered her forehead. Tamannaah shared the poster with her fans and thanked them for their support of her movie ” #FirstlookOdela2. I am glad to be revealing the first look on this auspicious day of Maha Shivaratri. Har Har Mahadev! Happy Maha Shivaratri (sic).”
The film’s production got underway a week ago in Varanasi with a muhurtham pooja ritual. Director Sampath gave Tamannaah a peek at the first day of filming. Produced by D Madhu under the aegis of Madhu Creations and Sampath Nandi Teamworks, Odela 2 is an OTT film that is a collaboration effort between Sampath Nandi and filmmaker Ashok Teja. Odela Railway Station was a successful film. The story, which takes place in a village, centres on Odela Mallanna Swamy, who serves as the community’s protector against evil powers.
