The latest action film directed by Siddharth Anand, Fighter, has once again taken the top spot at the global box office, giving him even more reason to celebrate. According to a report by Deadline, Fighter made roughly $25 million (₹207 crore) during the first weekend of business. According to comScore, $4.3 million of the $25.1 million global start comes from North America. According to the report, the movie has made ₹120 crore, or $14.4 million, in India. Fighter made $1.4 million at IMAX worldwide from 150 screens in 15 markets.
Other successful global releases throughout the weekend included Sydney Sweeney’s romantic comedy Anyone But You, which brought in $100 million. It currently has $126.6 million in global collection. Ten million more dollars were earned by Emma Stone’s Oscar season hit Poor Things and Jason Statham’s The Beekeeper.
