Similar to the newly released Punch EV, Tata’s new Acti.EV technology will underpin the electric variant of the Safari.

The Safari EV and its ICE (internal combustion engine) equivalent share a similar design, despite the test mule’s extensive disguise. The front grille, linked LED DRLs, and headlight housing up front all seem to share similarities with the standard Safari. The alloy wheels appear to be a different design, although they should measure the same 19 inches as the Safari’s diesel-powered counterpart.
