What surprised you most about getting to where you are today?
Your mindset matters way more than you think it does. If you improve your mindset, you improve everything around you, including your business. I’ve also learned that the more people you help, the more income you bring in. The key to running a successful business is to make sure you’re solving problems for people. If you have the solution they need, they’ll always come back to you.
What makes you stand out from others in your field?
Business isn’t my life. It’s a big part of it, but my goal isn’t to build a business for its own sake. I don’t need to be the richest person. I don’t want to hustle and grind to the point where I don’t get to enjoy what I’ve done. I’m focused on living a great life, not a wealthy one.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to do what you’ve done?
Add value for others, and find ways to bring that value back to yourself. Don’t focus on making money for yourself. Focus on how you can work with others to achieve everyone’s goals.
