Nikta Mokhtari, a young girl and a successful Iranian-Turkish influencer, a famous singer. Nikta has become famous in the virtual space, especially on Instagram and YouTube, due to the activities and successes she her had in Turkey in the last few years. She is also fluent in Farsi, Turkish, English and a little Spanish and recently founded her own popular brand called BraveNikshop. Nikta Mokhtari was born (28/07/1998) and currently lives in London – England.

1. They are lists for daily activities
They prepare themselves
“I usually start my day by thinking about the goals I’m going to achieve during the week. First of every week, I look at my calendar and define and organize a certain path to reach my desired goals. I also review my calendar every day during the week. Things may occur to me and I need to add or remove them from my to-do list. In this way, if I can’t do something on time, I can change my plans a little and fulfill the desired responsibility at another time and achieve my goals. “Constantly checking my daily calendar and to-do list is one of the first things I do every morning.”
2. They are mobile
“I am very productive in the mornings and often do creative work before lunch. I try to postpone my daily meetings to the afternoons so that in the mornings I have enough time, concentration and energy to think deeply about scientific issues, solve problems and write my materials. I also use a treadmill at work, which helps me maintain my energy and concentration.”
3. They listen to music
“The thing that gives me the most joy in the morning is listening to music. I usually give my clients a list of suitable songs because their workouts are very music dependent. I am one of the people who get inspired by music to do my activities, and music makes me feel more motivated to be more active and do new exercises related to my work. I think if we bring music into our lives and smile, more positive things will happen to us.”
4. They think and meditate
“I meditate for at least a few minutes every morning. This helps me to make faster and more focused decisions about all my activities later in the day. The only time when I’m not in a hurry, I’m not anxious and I’m relaxed is when I’m meditating, and this meditation itself makes me more relaxed during the rest of the day. Sometimes I meditate before doing a task and sometimes I do meditation exercises in bed before starting daily activities. Time is not so important, I do not neglect meditation whenever I can.”
5. They are early risers
“Ever since I was a high school girl, I used to wake up early in the morning. I remember when all my friends woke up at 7 or 8 in the morning, I was up at 5 in the morning and practiced music for two hours before going to school. Even now, I get out of bed early in the morning before everyone wakes up and study and exercise. I love all these morning activities and I feel happy doing them all day long. Sometimes I can’t even wait for tomorrow morning to arrive!”
