For June, MG Motor India has changed the pricing of several of its models, including the Comet EV, Astor, Hector, and Hector Plus. The Astor SUV is one of the listed models that has seen a price increase of up to Rs. 38,000. As a result, the Astor’s starting ex-showroom price is now Rs. 9.98 lakh.
There are six different MG Astor models available: Sprint, Shine, Select, Smart, Sharp Pro, and Savvy Pro. Regarding the price adjustment, the only models that have seen an increase in price are the Sharp Pro and Savvy Pro, which range from Rs. 31,800 to Rs. 38,000.
The Astor is propelled mechanically by a 1.5-liter NA petrol engine and a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol engine. Three different gearbox options are available: a six-speed torque converter unit, a CVT, and a five-speed manual.
In other events, important details about the Astor facelift were recently revealed through the release of the entire design. Significant improvements will be made to the external style and features of the new Astor makeover. Regarding the drivetrain, it is improbable that MG will alter the engine and gearbox choices for the next facelift.
